This is a horrific attack

In the video of the shooting below, posted on FB by Rebel News, I think we can see when Rabbi Michael Moshe is tragically gunned down.
I worry it might have been the female officer who shot him by mistake. She reacts to him appearing, like she’s startled, and appears to fire a shot and he drops.
Let’s see what comes up.
